Traffic light system by the UK for COVID 19

The UK has established a traffic light system, wherein, they have bifurcated countries into 3 categories. These are, red list countries (with a large number of COVID 19  cases), amber list countries (with a less but significant number of cases) and green list countries (with few or no COVID 19 cases). Anyone going to the UK from red or amber list countries need to quarantine themselves in either government approved hotels or private accommodation. Moreover, they need to get their COVID 19  test done on their arrival.  Fortunately, most universities are providing quarantine reimbursement to international students and covering the expense of the tests as well.

Which vaccination doses are available in the UK?

They are being administered through local GP practices, community pharmacies, vaccination centres and hospital hubs.

The UK is providing NHS COVID 19 passes to people who have been fully vaccinated. If the students have received the pass, they can attend nightclubs and for travel purposes by  September end. However, students are not required to hold the pass for attending their classes.
