Traffic light system by the UK for COVID 19

The UK has established a traffic light system, wherein, they have bifurcated countries into 3 categories. These are, red list countries (with a large number of COVID 19  cases), amber list countries (with a less but significant number of cases) and green list countries (with few or no COVID 19 cases). Anyone going to the UK from red or amber list countries need to quarantine themselves in either government approved hotels or private accommodation.
