Intake is partnered with universities that have some of the coolest facilities and campuses. One of which is the University of Portsmouth who has announced plans for a new campus in London.
The university stated that it was considering establishing a campus in the capital because many of its students come from London and there was limited space to expand in Portsmouth.
"We are committed to widening participation in higher education for those who might not have considered going to university in the past," said Prof Graham Galbraith, vice-chancellor of the University of Portsmouth.
With this, the university hopes to open a new campus in Waltham Forest in north-east London. If planning permission is granted in the autumn, construction is expected to begin in spring 2022, with the building opening in 2024.
Intake Education believes that you should have the best time at your chosen university and be able to have an amazing learning environment. The University of Portsmouth’s plans for new campuses will help you make the most out of your student life.
Currently, the university offers a variety of courses, including cosmology and astrophysics, cyber security, forensics, and sport science. To know more about their courses, the university will be joining Intake’s Study World for a webinar entitled “Impacts of Climate Change on Marine Ecosystems & Fisheries in the PH” on October 21, 2021 at 5:50PM and a one-on-one consultation on October 27, 2021.
