The University of Exeter is a leading higher education institution in the UK, placed in the top 15 universities in the UK according to the 2024 Complete University Guide league table and 13th in The Times and The Sunday Times Good University Guide 2023. Exeter is also rated 137th globally by the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2023, and took 153rd place globally in the 2024 QS World University Rankings. In the 2023 Academic Ranking of World Universities, it placed in the 151-200 group.
