Ms. Ara has been very helpful, even in the application processes. she had provided me with different courses to study in the UK and that helped a lot in narrowing down my options. She has always been very attentive when it comes to the university follow ups for my documents, including the CAS, University Offers so that we won't be missing our deadlines.
