Wellbeing

The health and well-being of our pupils is an integral part of College life at all levels. The strong House system ensures that every pupil is both cared for and cared about. Each Boarding House is run by a resident Housemaster or mistress and their family, supported by a network of both resident and non-resident tutors and matrons. Every pupil has a tutor as well as subject teachers, making sure that they are supported in every aspect of their life.

Boarding

Community life and friendship are extremely important at Cheltenham College. Founded on Christian principles and with a strong House system at its heart, the school inspires loyalty, respect and integrity. For boarders, the warm and welcoming atmosphere in the Houses combined with close relationships with teachers makes the school feel like a real home from home. Cheltonians are passionate about supporting the local community and regularly take part in community service activities as well as charitable giving.
